MEET SANDY:
I would like to take this opportunity to tell you a little about myself and what sets me apart from other real estate agents. My business began in January 2002. Before entering real estate, I was an at-home mom for 12 years to four children. During my time at home, I worked as a volunteer for an international organization helping mothers and babies.
From the beginning of my business, it has been my desire to give my clients more than what they expected – to be a “cut above” the rest. My clients enjoy the process of buying and/or selling their home. I am not concerned about what price range a buyer or seller is in, nor am I concerned about how much money I make. I want motivated, trusting and loyal clients. When the transaction is over, I want my past clients to be my “cheerleaders” and refer their friends and family to me, so I don’t have to do the cold calling, door-knocking kind of business which takes me away from serving my clients. If I can’t make my clients appreciative and satisfied then, in my opinion, I haven’t done my job.
So who is Sandy Evans? I am a hard worker who is reachable and dependable. I pride myself on being a great negotiator who will work diligently on your behalf to get the home you desire sold or purchased. I make a commitment to represent only my client and will not work “both sides” of the transaction to double the money I make. I am consistently one of the highest-producing agents, not only in the Capital District, but in the State. I strive to work exclusively by referral so as to achieve the highest caliber client. I thank my past clients by hosting many “thank you” events, because without them, I wouldn’t have a business. That is who I am, and I would look forward to serving you this year.

We had an amazing experience working with Sandy. She was never pushy and really took the time to understand what we were looking for — by our second outing, she completely understood our style and priorities. She encouraged us to look at a few homes we might have otherwise skipped over. One in particular had listing photos that didn’t do it justice, but Sandy noticed the potential when we didn’t — and it turned out to be a great find. Her insight and experience really paid off. When we were selling our own home in a different area and things weren’t going as smoothly as we’d hoped, Sandy offered great tips and guidance that helped us through the process. The home we ultimately purchased was a “for sale by owner,” which can sometimes make things more complicated, but Sandy handled everything seamlessly. Overall, Sandy was wonderful to work with — professional, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to helping us find the perfect home. Highly recommend! ~C&D

We needed to sell my late father's home and we needed to rely on local knowledge because we live in California. We met Sandy through a local friend's referral and she provided exactly what we needed. She has a network of professionals who helped us prepare the house for sale which was key for us as remote sellers. The pricing strategy she proposed for us was on point for the market and we were very happy with both the time to accepting an offer and the final closing price. Great overall experience.

Sandy did an outstanding job working with us to sell our beloved family home. Sandy has incredible experience and knowledge and instincts. She had excellent ideas and advice on getting our house picture-ready, stayed on top of the changing market, including on houses that could be comps to ours coming on the market, and was always responsive. She is highly unusual in that while she has decades of experience as an agent, she is as focused and energized as an agent trying to make her mark. She is not coasting on her laurels and this paid off for us. I cannot imagine working with another agent throughout this process. She showed instincts and a negotiating skill that led to great results for us. Cannot recommend highly enough.
