Jackie was born and raised in Albany. She, along with her husband and three children now reside in Slingerlands. After studying business at HVCC Jackie opened her own woman owned small business which she has successfully been running for the past 10 years. She has overcome and thrived in the local market and is now a staple in the small business community.
